Absolutely. Our Swarovski crystals are 100% authentic, known worldwide for their exceptional clarity, precision cut, and brilliant light refraction. We also use genuine natural gemstones in many of our designs. We source directly from trusted suppliers to guarantee the quality and authenticity of each and every stone.

Rhodium is a precious metal in the platinum family. When applied as a thin coating over sterling silver, it creates a mirror-like finish that resists scratching and tarnishing. Rhodium plating gives our jewelry that brilliant, white-gold appearance while protecting the silver underneath from everyday wear.

Since we sell through Costco roadshows, returns and exchanges are handled through Costco's generous return policy. Simply bring your item and receipt to the Costco membership counter at any warehouse location, and their team will take care of you. Costco's satisfaction guarantee has you covered.

Yes, we do accept custom orders for rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings! If you have a special design in mind, reach out to us and we'll work with you to create something unique. Please note that we craft new custom pieces from scratch — we do not modify existing jewelry. Our collection also features a wide variety of ready-made designs to choose from.
